Hatha Yoga

What is this style?

Reconnect with yourself.

The system of Hatha Yoga is focused on the perfect alignment of the postures and the practice of controlled, deep breathing. The postures are each held for a certain period of time in order to bring balance, develop strength and flexibility in the entire body.

It is an excellent practice for beginners or those with little previous experience.

Vinyasa

What is this style?

Challenge your limits…

This practice has become very popular in recent years.
Vinyasa Yoga is a method that focuses on the flow of energies, meaning that the postures are performed in a progressive way where each pose leads to the next one in a special, fluid sequence.
One of the most important things of Vinyasa is to move with, and be aware of, the breath by synchronising body, breathing and movement into one.

This method improves strength in the body, mixing challenging poses, arm balances and more. Even though Yoga is a work-in, Vinyasa flow is a great workout.

Vinyasa is suitable for all levels.

Yin Yoga

What is this style?

The only way out is yin….

The purpose of this practice is to activate your connective tissues, referred to as ‘fascia’ and the meridians of the body. It significantly improves flexibility and stimulates the energy and functions of the inner organs. The Yin Yoga approach is completely different to other types of Yoga as the practice is performed in a meditative way, whilst breathing deeply in a relaxed way. Your muscles should be free of tension. In Yin Yoga the postures are held for a long period of time varying from 3 to 10 minutes. To help with this, the majority of poses are performed on the floor with the support of props and bolsters.

Yin Yoga it is an excellent way to release stress, tensions and emotions whilst learning how to meditate and improve flexibility.

Gentle Flow

What is this style?

Open to all levels of practice and abilities.

Gentle Flow Yoga is especially great for beginners or those searching for and exploring the therapeutic benefits of Yoga. This soothing gentle practice focuses on moving slowly into basic Yoga poses whilst using your breathing as a tool to remain present and mindful. The slow pace of this of this class allows you to enjoy each pose. Expect lots of stretching and lengthening with a heavy dose of relaxation to wrap up your practice and leave you feeling great..
