HATHA VINYASA CLASS

This Yoga practice has become very popular in recent years. Vinyasa Yoga is a  method that focuses on the flow of Energies, meaning that the postures are performed in a progressive way, where each pose leads to the next one, in a special, fluid sequence.

GENTLE YOGA CLASS

Gentle flow Yoga is particularly great for beginners or for those searching to explore the therapeutic benefits of Yoga. This soothing gentle practice focuses on moving slowly into basic yoga poses whilst using your breathing as a tool to remain present and mindful.

MORNING FLOW CLASS

This system of Hatha yoga is focused on the perfect alignment of the postures, while controlling your breathing. The postures are each held for a certain amount of time.

YIN YOGA CLASS

The purpose of this practice is to activate you connective tissues, referred to as ‘Fascia’ and the meridians of the body. The Yin yoga approach is completely different from other types of yoga, as it is performed in a meditative way, whilst breathing deeply
