The Infra Red Sauna

A place to rejuvenate by releasing thestress accumulated throughout your life.

Saunas have been used around the world for centuries and many cultures have known the power of healing through heat. However, unlike the traditional saunas which rely on rocks and water to warm the air, an infrared sauna works by direct heat transfer through nano carbon heating panels that warm objects directly.

This method of heating objects directly is then slowly released into the air, creating a more pleasant and consistent temperature. Due to the more gentle and relaxing approach of infrared heat rays, the body is able to sit in the sauna for longer periods of time, generally 20-30 minutes.
